How we collect, use, and protect your information — in plain language.
This Privacy Policy explains how Your/Agency ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit youragency.so (the "Site") or contact us. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, transparently, and only for as long as we need it.
1. Who we are (data controller)
Your/Agency is operated jointly by the two businesses below, who act as joint controllers of your personal data:

You can reach us about any privacy matter at hello@youragency.so. As we are established in Poland (EU), we process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Polish data-protection law.
2. What data we collect
Information you give us
When you complete our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, work email address, company (optional), your message, and the type of help you're looking for. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information is contained in that message.
Information collected automatically
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand how the Site is used — for example, pages viewed, referring source, approximate country, and device or browser type. Plausible sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and collects only aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you personally. We do not use advertising trackers.
Our hosting provider also keeps basic server logs (such as IP address, request time, and page requested) for security, reliability, and abuse prevention; we do not use these to build a profile of you.
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide our services — legal basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, where relevant, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR).
- To understand and improve how the Site is used, and keep it running reliably and securely — legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining, securing, and improving our website using privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics and basic server logs that are not used to identify you personally (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To protect the Site from spam and abuse — legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the Site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who we share it with (sub-processors)
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the Site, each acting as a processor under contract:
- Form processing — our contact form is handled by Web3Forms, which receives your submission and forwards it to our inbox.
- Analytics — Plausible Analytics, which provides aggregated, cookieless Site-usage statistics.
- Hosting — Netlify, which serves the Site and processes basic server/request logs.
- Email — the email provider we use to receive and reply to your message.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are safeguarded by mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence only for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we begin working together, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law (for example, tax or accounting records). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Cookies
The Site is designed to run without advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you won't see an intrusive cookie banner. Any storage we use is limited to what is strictly necessary for the Site to function.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to our processing of your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@youragency.so. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).
8. How we protect your data
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we choose service providers that maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
